How much does your service cost? How do you keep prices so low?
The cost of our services is determined by the size and complexity of your property. Our cost for a Mow Trim Blow service at an average quarter acre property averages twenty percent less than the local competition and includes mowing, edging, trimming and blowing. We are able to keep our prices low by using electronic systems to facilitate the servicing of a large volume of nearby clients. How do I schedule service? When is my service scheduled?
Log in to your account and select the send message button to request a service. (Regular recurring Mow Trim Blow services are automatically scheduled by our systems.) Your schedule is shown on your property page or you may use the form below which is also located on our home page to quickly check the schedule for your primary address:
How long is the contract? May I cancel service at any time?
After the $9 trial service, we will automatically return for mowing services based upon the frequency you set for your account. You may cancel one or all services at any time. We request a day or two advance notice because our routes are determined in advance.
Are you insured and how well?
Yes, we are well insured. Many companies in our industry are either uninsured or underinsured. We have millions of dollars in assets and have multiple insurance coverages to protect the company, our employees, the general public and YOU. Our employees are insured against workplace injury by Berkshire Hathaway Guard. Our full coverage automobile insurance and commercial liability insurance is provided by ALFA.
Do you offer other services and what is the cost?
We offer dozens of property maintenance services. The cost for these services may be found by selecting the pricing menu button that is located beneath the picture of your property after you log in to your account.
How do I pay?
Log in to your account and select the payment options button at the top of your page. We prefer credit/debit however there are other payment options such as Paypal or checks in advance.
What if I have a concern with a service that was not completed to my satisfaction?
Simple. Log in to your account and send us a message within thirty-six hours of the service. We will return to correct the issue or offer an alternative suggestion to address your concern.
Do I need to be home during a service?
No. In fact, we rarely see our customers. If you have a gate, please leave it unlocked or send us instructions for access.
What if I have outdoor pets?
We love pets. Please let us know so we may add a special notice to your account.
Can I have my lawn mowed every Friday at 3 o'clock?
We are happy to try. Our prices are based upon efficient mowing routes. Our routes are determined by your proximity to our other clients. The timing is pretty regular however the timing is often effected by the weather, traffic, equipment problems, and employee issues such as injuries or sickness.
What happens if it rains?
If service is interrupted due to the weather, we continue where we stopped with our routes as soon as conditions allow. If the weather stopped mowing for a day or two, your service will likely be delayed less than a day.
What is DemiFare?
DemiFare is our full service property maintenance program. For a flat monthly fee, DemiFare clients receive 42 mowing services per year, pest control, fertilizer and weed control treatments, aeration, seeding, mosquito barrier services, air filter changing service, shrub trimming plus 50 "Flex Fares" to be used towards mulching, power washing and numerous other property specific services like pool maintenance or periodic gutter and roof cleaning.
